Agents load SKILL.md, not a store card
An Agent Skill is a folder with a when-to-use line. A store rating does not replace YAML triggers.
GuidesAn Agent Skill that never loads is an article. The agent reads the YAML at the top of SKILL.md: name and description. The description has to say when to load the file. A stylish body with a vague slogan stays on disk.
This directory prints the trigger on the card so you can decide before you copy the folder. If you are writing your own, draft the trigger first, then the steps. The SKILL.md validator will flag a description that never says when.
