AI Agent Skill is an editorial catalog. We do not run a closed store, and we do not host executable payloads. Each entry is a SKILL.md folder summarized in our words: what it is, when to load it, and which agent directories it belongs in.
The four public catalogs we studied (SkillHub, Skill-CN, Alibaba SkillsHub, EverythingSkill) prove demand. They also leave a gap: bilingual install paths, extractable definitions, and authoring tools that run in the browser. That is the gap this directory fills.
English lives at the root. Simplified Chinese lives at /zh. Every content route has a twin, self-referencing hreflang, and an x-default that points at English.
