Write when to use it before you write the steps

The discovery surface is three lines: name, description, when to use. Steps can wait. The trigger cannot.

A weak description praises a powerful toolbox. A useful description starts with when to use it and names the words a person would type. Move long examples to references/ and keep SKILL.md short.

Then run the on-site validator for YAML, the slug, and the trigger. Commit it to the agent directory after it passes.
