One skill, installed on Claude, Cursor, Codex, and Grok

The file contract is shared. The directory names are not. Check the path before you blame the agent.

Copy the whole folder into the skills directory so SKILL.md sits at name/SKILL.md. Claude Code uses .claude/skills, Grok Build uses .grok/skills, Codex uses .agents/skills. Cursor reads the agent skills directory in the project.

A common miss is one extra folder layer. After installing, open a new session and ask with a task that matches the description.
